How much do you charge per hour?
We think that charging by the hour can lead to a lot of uncertainty and confusion about how long a clean will take when trying to find a price. An easier option is to offer a flat rate depending on how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have. That way our pricing is transparent, and you know exactly how much you will be paying and exactly what you’ll get for that price from the very start. There is a set cleaning checklist that we will work to get through and the clean may take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on many factors.
How do I book?
We make the booking process super easy. Just click “Instant Book” at the top of the page and give us some basic information. Once we receive your booking we’ll lock you in and show up at the time you specified.
What happens once I make a booking?
You will receive a confirmation email soon after we receive your booking with a date and time locked in. The email will have all the information you need to answer any questions or make any changes. You will also receive a reminder email or text when your cleaning date is close.
Only after the cleaning has been completed will we charge the card you provided on booking.
How long does the clean take?
We aim to be out of your hair within 2-3 hours but it can vary depending on the size of the house, how much cleaning is required, any extras that are chosen etc. A rough time required will appear on your booking form when you get a quote or make a booking.
What if I need a quote?
You can see the price to the right of the booking form once you have selected the bedrooms and bathrooms you require.

Can I get a discount for recurring bookings?
Absolutely! Just select the weekly or two week recurring option and your discount will be automatically applied.
